Infucare RX is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team in Aston area. As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you report to the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the infusion and specialty pharmacy. This position ensures compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations, supports sterile compounding operations, oversees infusion services, and provides functional supervision to pharmacy staff. The Pharmacy Supervisor also contributes to data collection, workflow optimization, and operational improvements across departments.

Job Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Operations
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and inspection requirements
- Maintain accurate records for all pharmacy transactions and controlled substances
- Oversee daily operations of the Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy in partnership with the Pharmacist in Charge
- Serve as the designated person for sterile compounding activities, as applicable
Leadership & Staff Oversight
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist in Charge on staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff
- Provide functional direction by assigning duties, offering guidance, and supporting employee development
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of pharmacy operations personnel
Sterile Compounding & Infusion Support
- Oversee sterile preparations and compounding processes in accordance with USP standards
- Support procurement of medications, supplies, and equipment
- Promote safe, compliant, and efficient workflow within the compounding and infusion areas
Quality & Performance Improvement
- Document and report medication errors per company procedures
- Implement error-reduction and prevention strategies aligned with ISMP standards
- Participate as an active member of the Performance Improvement Committee
- Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend improvements
Professional Standards
- Ensure adherence to InfuCare Rx policies, procedures, and quality standards, including URAC and ACHC requirements
- Maintain active state pharmacy licensure
- Uphold ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional integrity
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a clean room environment or infusion pharmacy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience guiding and developing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate goals into actionable steps
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
Preferred
- Experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or IV compounding
- Knowledge of sterile compounding standards.
- Experience with workflow optimization and pharmacy quality programs
