Lead Product Manager

Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Employment Type:Full Time

Work LocationThis role is fully remote and open to candidates across all 50 U.S. states.
If you're located in the Greater Denver, Colorado area, youll also have optional access to our office in the Denver Tech Center (DTC).


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more products in our portfolio. You will define and execute the product vision, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact through customer obsession, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision making.

This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, execution, and customer advocacy. You will serve as the voice of the customer internally while ensuring the product delivers strong financial performance.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Define long-term vision and translate it into actionable objectives and key results (OKRs).

Roadmap Ownership

  • Build, prioritize, and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances innovation, customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • Regularly present roadmap updates to executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Feature Prioritization & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead discovery, ideation, and prioritization of features using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, Kano).
  • Oversee the full product lifecyclefrom ideation and MVP definition through launch, iteration, and sunsetting.
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Customer Engagement & Satisfaction

  • Act as the primary advocate for customers; conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Monitor and improve key satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, churn).
  • Build feedback loops with support, sales, and success teams to inform product decisions.

Collaboration with Marketing

  • Partner with marketing to define go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Co-create content for web properties, social media campaigns, blogs, and product launches.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and optimal digital presence across channels.

Financial Performance & Business Impact

  • Own product P&L elements including revenue targets, margin goals, and cost management.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as ARR, MRR, conversion rates, adoption, and ROI of features.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when needed.
  • Resolve blockers and align teams around shared goals.


Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience in [industry/sector e.g., SaaS, consumer tech, fintech].
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience owning roadmaps, writing PRDs, and working with design/engineering teams.
  • Data fluency: comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and SQL basics.
  • Excellent communication skillsable to influence executives, align teams, and present to customers.

Preferred

  • Experience collaborating with marketing on digital campaigns and web presence.
  • Background in customer research and UX principles.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, pricing strategy, or P&L ownership.
  • Technical aptitude (ability to discuss APIs, system architecture, or trade-offs with engineers).

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

  • Launch 5 major features or [1] new product with >80% on-time delivery.
  • Achieve 5% improvement in NPS/CSAT
  • Meet or exceed revenue/margin targets for owned product(s).
  • Deliver quarterly roadmap reviews with 100% stakeholder alignment.

Compensation: The final salary for this role will be determined based on a combination of factors including relevant experience, performance during interviews, and results from applicable assessments.
This position is bonus eligible.
