We are seeking a passionate line cook who is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality through their culinary skills.
We offer a starting pay of $22-25 per hour, DOE, with weekend and holiday availability required. Hotline experience is essential, and 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
As a line cook at Long Cove Club, you will work hot line stations, including grill, middle, and sauté. You will prepare food items with accuracy based on your menu knowledge and preparation procedures while consistently adhering to our quality cooking methods and standards. You will be responsible for setting up workstations, cleaning, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work area. In addition to working the line, the position also includes assisting with banquets, working carving stations and action stations in dining room as well.
Line Cook Requirements:
We are looking for an honest and dependable individual with a positive attitude toward teamwork and a willingness to learn. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. The ability to set up a carving station or prior banquet experience is a plus. Reliable transportation is required.
