Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team at Steel Health & Rehab in Defiance, Ohio.

This role offers a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week and the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team in a well-established skilled nursing facility.
