We are looking for a passionate, organized, and inspiring leader to guide our center, support our team, and help us continue delivering high-quality early childhood education.
Pay
- $25.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus
- $800
- $1,000 (based on a qualifying degree)
*A qualifying degree or credential includes Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Other closely related fields may be considered at the discretion of Early Years.
About the Role
As a Center Director, you will serve as the leader of the center - responsible for daily operations, team development, family engagement, and ensuring a safe, high-quality learning environment. You’ll wear many hats: mentor, coach, problem-solver, and champion for children, families, and staff.
You will:
- Lead and support a team of educators through coaching, development, and performance management
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with families and the community
- Drive enrollment and ensure a positive center culture
- Ensure licensing standards and company policies are consistently met
- Plan engaging events such as open houses, family activities, and community outreach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
OR Associate’s degree in ECE or related field with additional experience - Degrees in related fields (child development, elementary education, special education, psychology, social work) will be considered
- 2+ years of experience working with children (more for Associate’s level candidates)
- Director Credential or willingness to obtain within 2 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for early childhood education and building a positive, inclusive environment
