Job Title: Data Entry Clerk III

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Mounds View, MN 55112

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description

Enters data from source documents into computer systems
Verifies accuracy and completeness of entries
May convert data between electronic systems
Audits own or others’ work to ensure process compliance
May use stand-alone systems or enterprise-wide tools (e.g., for marketing, manufacturing, maintenance)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong data entry skills
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Answers phones and manages business communications
Composes professional business emails

Responsibilities

Provides administrative or clerical support within the organization
Focus is on support services or tasks performed under supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Autonomy: Experienced contributor, assists and trains others, handles non-routine admin tasks, supports projects, works under limited supervision
Organizational Impact: Delivers daily objectives with significant impact; provides and interprets job-related data

Minimum Qualifications

Broad practical knowledge of operational systems
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
