Marketing Coordinator

Your Impact
As Hippo Pockets Marketing Coordinator you will work collaboratively with both the marketing team and executive team to execute media campaigns, strategies, and assist with brand recognition. You will track all Hippo Pocket marketing campaigns and projects, and will oversee Hippo Pockets loyalty program. As the Marketing Coordinator you will continuously bring creative ideas to the table and lean on market research and trends to continue to grow Hippo Pockets marketing presence.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
Project and Campaign Management: Implement fresh marketing initiatives through
- Collaborating with the marketing team and leadership staff to create content
- Bringing new ideas for content, guest engagement, and avenues of marketing to leadership
- Keeping a pulse on Hippo Pockets initiatives, food & beverage, and other happenings
- Portraying not just Hippo Pockets quality food & beverage, but the culture, mission and values of the company
- Acquiring a deep knowledge and clear vision of Hippo Pockets overall brand
Data Analysis: Build effective data driven strategies through
- Collecting data on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in driving customer engagement and sales
- Leveraging company-wide tools to gather and analyze data
- Sourcing new tools to analyze data
- Assisting in the creation and presentation of reports on marketing trends and patterns
- Researching current market trends, and comparing our brand with local and national competitors and leaders in the industry
Organization: Tackle projects and maintain accurate records through
- Systematically archiving important marketing projects, campaigns, digital content, and data
- Creating and tracking a schedule of marketing initiatives
- Utilizing company-wide technology (slack, asana, google suites, etc.) to streamline communications, collaborations, and task completion
Leadership & Supervision: Role-model effective leadership through
- Exhibiting professionalism, poise and compassion
- Collaborating within the marketing team and across all departments
- Attending and contributing to regularly scheduled marketing meetings
- Internalizing a responsibility for developing oneself and staff
