What You’ll Do
As our HR Supervisor, Onboarding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new team members feel supported and set up for success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the entire onboarding process, from pre-hire paperwork to first-day orientations.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Acting as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Continuously improving onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, onboarding, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
