Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
- Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
- Receive claim information from clients and render advice on filing claims with their insurance provider.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a responsive, professional manner.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license.
- 2-3 Years Independent Agency Experience.
- Designation & Certification: CIC or CISR preferred,
- Experience with Agency Management Systems: Hawksoft Carrier Rating System preferred.
- Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Zoom.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
