The Project Manager will lead and oversee all construction activities for assigned projects,. This role ensures that project scope, budget, and timelines are met while maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The position requires consistent onsite presence to support safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction for assigned projects from planning through completion.
- Maintain control of project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide onsite leadership to promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Coordinate daily communication with subcontractors and monitor their performance.
- Direct and support all subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with project goals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
