As an Acute Registered Nurse (RN) in our organization, you will deliver exceptional advanced acute care in a home environment. Key Responsibilities:
The Acute Registered Nurse (RN) will:
- Provide high-quality advanced acute care in a home setting.
- Deliver daily patient care that meets hospital-level standards.
- Conduct clinical assessments and home evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, adhering to all state board requirements.
- Experience: At least two years of nursing experience in an acute care or emergency department setting is required.
- Certifications: Must possess a Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card or complete the course within 30 days of hire.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong nursing, communication, and organizational abilities for effective home visits.
- Capability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in various computer software applications and technologies.
- Willingness to travel within the designated geographic area.
