Job DescriptionLHH is hiring a bilingual Patient Registration Specialist for a specialty care provider in the South Loop. The person in this role will ideally be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have prior experience in medical front office.

- Hiring method: Contract to Hire
- Location: 100% onsite (in-person) in the South Loop
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-430PM with rotating Saturday's
- Hourly pay rate: $20/hour
Responsibilities include,
- Greeting incoming patients, performing check-in duties and collecting copays
- Verifying insurance information, demographics
- Scheduling future or follow up appointments
- Distributing and collecting any forms for patients, including HIPAA notices, financial-related documents, or others
- Other duties as needed to support patient and provide a patient-centered experience
Qualifications include,
- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist, Patient Services/Patient Access, or related front-office position
- Fluency in English/Spanish highly preferred
- Must be comfortable in fast-paced environments, working with the public
- Friendly and patient-first approach and communication skills
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
