Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to attorneys while managing front desk responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. • Manage electronic filing processes and maintain organized documentation systems. • Take detailed messages for attorneys and relay them efficiently. • Transcribe dictation from attorneys, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. • Provide front desk coverage, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the operations of a personal injury law firm. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information. • Ensure smooth communication flow within the office by handling inquiries and coordinating with staff.
The pay range for this position is 18 to 19.50. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
