Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Portfolio Manager opening for our client.
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Atlanta, Raleigh, or Charlotte)
Duration: Ongoing contract
Duties:

Develop and document processes to support Portfolio Project Methodology and Governance, ensuring effective project delivery.

Provide oversight and guidance to security delivery teams, ensuring adherence to standard project protocols.

Act as an individual contributor with ownership of portfolio management, quality assurance, governance, and reporting routines.

Manage multiple deliverables for the Corporate Cyber Security Delivery team, including data analysis and workflow diagrams.

Influence collaboration, communication, and adherence to program delivery governance processes in an indirect leadership capacity.

Systematically review process components to identify potential areas of improvement.
Skills:
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large-scale initiatives and drive clarity in ambiguous assignments.

Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence leadership and facilitate discussions.

Deep knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance, and systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and Visio).
Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement roles.

5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting.

Experience in Large IT Portfolio Management, Governance, and Reporting.

5+ years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security (preferred).
Education:
-
BA/BS in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred).

Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement professional qualification (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $59.00/hour to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
