A dynamic opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist seeking to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting. This contract position is set to run from August 1, 2025, to December 19, 2025, and requires a dedicated professional to support students in need of speech and language services.

Lees Summit, MO
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for K-1 students and life skill classroom participants
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as required
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions in accordance with best practices
Qualifications:
- Valid Kansas State Speech Language Pathologist License
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in special education settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
