Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH OR Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Pay Rate: $27/hr W2
Duration: 6 Months (Contract | Possible Extension/Conversion, not guaranteed)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring efficient and compliant hiring processes.
This role requires a balance of hands-on recruiting execution and consultative partnership, acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and success criteria
- Build and execute market-informed sourcing strategies
- Source, assess, and present qualified candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruiting workflow and refine approach based on feedback
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
- Conduct compensation discussions and assist in closing candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to manage pipelines, maintain data integrity, and generate insights
- Provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies and process improvements

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong experience with corporate recruiting environments
- Hands-on experience using ATS systems
- Proven ability in direct sourcing and candidate engagement
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
- Travel industry recruiting experience (plus)
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence hiring decisions
