Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Rehab Technician / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to be part of both clinical care and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Therapy Support
- Assist providers with hands-on therapies and patient treatments
- Guide patients through active and passive rehabilitation exercises
- Set up and monitor patients on therapy equipment
- Perform and assist with advanced modalities such as shockwave therapy
- Ensure a smooth, positive patient experience from start to finish
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Participate in planning and setting up community events
- Represent North Star Medical at local events and outreach opportunities
- Engage with the community to generate new patient leads
- Help execute marketing initiatives and patient recruitment efforts
Administrative Support
- Answer phones and assist with patient scheduling
- Complete charting, documentation, and daily records
- Maintain organization and clinic flow throughout the day
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to take initiative and lead when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Willingness to stay until daily responsibilities are completed
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehabilitation settings
- Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field
