What Youll Do

• Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry on restoration and remodeling projects
• Rebuild structures after fire, water, and storm damage
• Install cabinets, trim, doors, framing, and countertops
• Read situations on-site and make smart, efficient decisions
• Work alongside a solid team that takes pride in doing the job right
• Ensure work meets code and quality standards every time

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of carpentry experience (finish work required; rough carpentry a plus)
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detailyou care about the final product
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, etc.)
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or emergency response when needed
