We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy family law attorney. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks related to divorce, child custody, support, and other domestic matters. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing a fast-paced legal environment with professionalism and discretion.

Key Qualities & Attributes

The ideal candidate must:

Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills
Type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy
Show a history of job stability and reliability
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Be able to multitask, shift priorities quickly, and solve problems independently
Exhibit a positive attitude, professionalism, and courtesy
Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Use proper grammar and written communication
Be confident and assertive when necessary, while remaining respectful

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience or exposure to family law
Familiarity with social media platforms
Notary Public certification
