Job DescriptionLocation:&nbsp;Stewart Lee Udall Building - Washington, DCKey Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver ambulatory care, triage emergencies, and provide patient assessments</li>
<li>Manage daily Wellness Center operations, staffing, and scheduling</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal health, safety, and reporting requirements</li>
<li>Lead wellness programs (vaccinations, screenings, education, events)</li>
<li>Coordinate with medical staff, OSHE, and emergency personnel</li>
<li>Oversee facility safety, equipment, and AED program</li>
<li>Maintain clinical records, reporting, and quality assurance</li>
<li>Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs/LPNs)</li>
<li>Provide medical support for special events</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)</li>
<li>Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S.)</li>
<li>Minimum:
<ul>
<li>4 years clinical nursing experience</li>
<li>2 years supervisory/lead experience</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience in ambulatory or occupational health settings</li>
<li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</li>
<li>Ability to meet federal security and credentialing requirements</li>
