Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience for an inpatient assignment requiring WA OT license and EPIC proficiency.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Inpatient acute therapy unit
- Day shift, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week, 13-week contract
- Care for patients across Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU
- Potential floating to both Auburn and Covington locations
- EPIC EMR system experience required
- No on-call requirements
- Primary responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning in an acute care setting
- Emphasis on therapy for Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU populations
- Highly collaborative team environment
- Scrub color is flexible or business casual; no open-toed shoes permitted
- First-time travelers are not considered for this position
- At least two supervisory references are required prior to start

- Active WA state Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient acute care experience
- BLS or CPR certification required, BLS preferred
- Demonstrated acute care evaluation and treatment skills for diverse diagnoses, ages, and populations
- EPIC EMR proficiency required
- Excellent collaboration and clear communication skills
