We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day operational and financial functions within a fast-growing office environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, driving operational consistency, and reinforcing accountability across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations
- Produce reports and maintain strong financial visibility for leadership
- Provide operational leadership and day-to-day support to office staff and the leadership team
- Partner with leadership to support agent success, office productivity, and overall business operations
- Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, and office resource management
- Ensure office technology, equipment, and systems remain functional, updated, and efficient
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve internal systems, workflows, and procedures
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of staff
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting support functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, banking activity, and reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate financial reports and maintain strong financial visibility for leadership
- Strong understanding of accounting systems, financial controls, and budget tracking
- Experience supporting day-to-day office operations and partnering with leadership to drive business performance
- Proven ability to manage vendors, purchasing processes, and office resource planning
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support and troubleshoot office technology, systems, and business platforms
- Experience building, documenting, and improving systems, workflows, and operational procedures
- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, training, or staff development initiatives preferred
- Strong communication and service mindset with the ability to support internal staff, agents, or clients at a high level
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and comfort working with confidential financial and personnel information
