Job Title: General Dentist

Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Options Available)
Location: Jackson Township, NJ

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: 33–35% of collections or $750–$800 daily guarantee for first 6 months
• Annual Earnings: $200,000–$400,000. High performers can earn up $500,000
• Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision
• 401(k): 4% company match (eligible after 1 year; fully vested on Day 1)
• Continuing Education: 10 CE credits annually + Annual Doctor Summit
• Professional Development: Quarterly Study Club

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures:
• • Molar Endodontics
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Dentures & Extractions
• Educate patients on oral health
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Prescribe medications when necessary

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active New Jersey dental license
