Digital Marketing- focus on farm to table restaurant - Sausalito
Your mission: Fill seats. Build loyalty. Grow our community of wine lovers and food enthusiasts and craft cocktail enthusiasts.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Star to join our team.
This role connects our brand to guests, local partners, and media, ensuring Cultivar’s story of sustainable of organic farming, winemaking, and farm-to-table hospitality shines across all touch points.
Cultivar Sausalito will be opening soon and this will be a fast paced job. We are looking for a superstar - if this is you - we can't wait to welcome you to our team!
Your Mission: Drive guest traffic, sales, and brand awareness — every week, across every channel. Work with our PR person and marketing team
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Build and schedule 2–3 targeted sends per week (promotions, events, club news).
- Test subject lines, segment audiences, and drive reservations and orders.
SMS Campaigns
- Craft weekly texts that engage local audiences with events, wine offers, and special menus.
- Track redemptions and conversions to optimize results.
Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Plan and produce Reels, Stories, and posts that highlight food, wine, cocktails, and experiences at Cultivar Sausalito.
- Engage with community, influencers, and guests to grow visibility and brand love.
- Think hooks, trends, and storytelling that sells the experience.
Paid Media Oversight (Meta + Google)
- Manage creative direction, offers, and targeting with our paid partners.
- Review performance weekly to ensure high-ROI campaigns that drive reservations and online orders.
Offer & Event Strategy
- Run promotions, happy hours, wine club pushes, craft beverages and event campaigns from concept to launch.
- Partner with the restaurant and hospitality teams to align messaging and timing.
- Identify new revenue opportunities such as private dining, catering, special events, and seasonal experiences, and work with our Event Planner to implement them.

Your Goals
- Increase engagement, CTRs, and conversions across email, SMS, and social.
- Boost reservations and wine club signups through digital storytelling.
- Keep Meta and Google campaigns optimized for local reach and ROI.
- Grow the Cultivar Sausalito brand presence in Marin and the Bay Area.
Weekly Wins Look Like
A campaign that fills reservations and drives online orders.
A Reels video hitting 25K+ views and leading to new follows and table bookings.
Email and SMS campaigns that move club signups and promote events.
Meta ads hitting 6.5% CTR and 2.5x ROAS on local promotions.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in social, email, or performance marketing — ideally in hospitality, restaurant, wine or creative industry.
- Know how to craft a killer hook, headline, and CTA that converts.
- Confident managing agencies, photographers, and freelancers.
- Fluent in analytics — from A/B testing to ROAS and engagement metrics.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Fast, organized, proactive, and deeply familiar with restaurant marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, OpenTable, Meta Business Suite, a plus.
Results-oriented: you measure success in reservations, covers, and sales.
