Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong therapeutic alliances and establish goal-oriented treatment strategies.
• Deliver psychotherapy using specialized modalities tailored to the client's needs.
• Apply clinical expertise to support clients' psychological and social well-being.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with TheraCorp policies and all relevant State and Federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and changing needs.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey License: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy.
• Prior insurance credentialing is a plus.
• Must be currently located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
