A day in the role

Picture your morning starting at a fabrication table reviewing the day’s isometric drawings. You lay out stainless and carbon steel runs, verify measurements against P&IDs, and prep materials for precise cuts, threads, and bends. Midday, you’re aligning valves, hangers, and pipe supports, then teaming up with welders to ensure fit-up tolerances are tight. By afternoon, you’re conducting hydrostatic or pneumatic tests and completing documentation so our project managers can keep timelines on track. Throughout the day, you keep safety first and maintain compliance with OSHA best practices.

What you’ll handle

• Fabricate and install stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy process piping.
• Interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and detailed blueprints for layout and installation.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to precise specifications.
• Set valves, hangers, and structural supports to engineered requirements.
• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests to validate system integrity.
• Coordinate work sequencing with welders, foremen, and project managers.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations on active industrial sites.

What you bring

• 3+ years in industrial or process pipefitting.
• Strong ability to read and apply process drawings and specifications.
• Background with high-purity, sanitary, or high-pressure systems preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of process systems.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to work in industrial environments.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime or weekend work based on project needs.
