We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in North Miami, Florida. This is a contract position within a luxury property, where you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and maintaining high-quality service standards.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leasing or property management and bring strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to office tasks.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and file organization

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, providing attentive assistance and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments

• Support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

• Assist with property walkthroughs and support leasing activities, including showing units to prospective residents

• Coordinate and assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations

• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a similar administrative role within real estate

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with residents, guests, and team members in a luxury environment

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable assisting with property walkthroughs and showing units to prospective residents

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems

• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
