Bel Air Dental Arts is a brand new, privately owned, high-end, state-of-the-art dental practice in Abingdon, MD seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Our office offers restorative, endodontics, Invisalign, CT-guided implant dentistry, periodontics, and oral surgery.
All team members must be willing to step in to help when help is needed. This is a small team, and we take care of each other.
Monday-Thursday 8:15am -5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hygiene exams, cleanings, and periodontal treatments.
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans with iTero.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, oral health, and post-treatment care.
- Administer Laser-Assisted Periodontal Therapy (LAPT) and Laser Bacterial Reduction (LBR) for optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain hygiene treatment rooms and sterilization areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting patient relationships.
- Participate in office social media and community events to help build our practice.
- Attend group continuing education events to stay current on the latest dental technologies and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is required.
- Laser-Assisted Periodontal Therapy (LAPT) training is preferred.
- Active state Dental Hygiene License and current CPR certification.
- Attention to infection control and strict OSHA compliance.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
