We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead the organization’s global marketing strategy and drive revenue growth, market adoption, and brand strength. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with commercial objectives, product development, and long-term corporate growth.
As a key member of the leadership team, this role partners closely with executive leadership, sales, clinical, R&D, and external strategic partners to position the company’s technologies for sustained global success. The Director will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution while building scalable infrastructure to support continued expansion across business units, licensee partnerships, and new market opportunities.
The Director of Marketing oversees a small but high-impact marketing team and plays a critical role in establishing marketing as a core commercial driver across the organization. This role requires a strategic marketing leader who can operate at an executive level while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives, commercial priorities, and product roadmap.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends, competitive positioning, and brand strategy.
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across business verticals, products, licensees, and strategic partners.
- Drive product marketing, launches, and market adoption in partnership with sales, clinical, and R&D teams.
- Oversee demand generation, digital strategy, content, events, and analytics to support pipeline growth and revenue.
- Define and implement reporting and success measures to assess marketing effectiveness, market adoption, and overall commercial impact.
- Build scalable marketing infrastructure, processes, and tools to support company growth and market expansion.
- Lead and develop a small, high-impact marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.
- Manage marketing budget and resources to maximize success and strategic impact.
- Support industry presence, thought leadership, and partner marketing initiatives across clinical and commercial channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading marketing strategy within medical device, healthcare, or other regulated B2B industries strongly preferred.
- Experience marketing platform technologies across multiple vertical markets is highly valued.
- Ability to tailor messaging and go-to-market strategies across diverse buyer groups.
- Demonstrated success supporting commercial teams and driving product adoption.
- Experience building or scaling marketing functions in a small-to-mid-sized organization preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills.
- Strong background in brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation: Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
Location: This role is based in our Austin office.
