Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Ensure daily production schedules and quality targets are consistently met.
• Provide training and ongoing development for team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor assembly processes to identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety policies.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Manage material flow and equipment readiness to optimize assembly line efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve output and quality targets.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Familiarity with automation technologies and robotic systems.
• Certification in advanced safety protocols (e.g., OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR Instructor).
