Job Description
Serve as the single point of contact responsible for managing all contractor performance, staffing, deliverables, and compliance for DHS S&T financial support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all contract activities and task execution
- Serve as primary liaison to the CO and COR
- Track performance, deliverables, and staffing
- Provide status reporting and risk management
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with the SOW
Qualifications (Citizenship, Education, Experience, Skills)
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
- Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA/MA/MS preferred
- Experience: Minimum 10 years managing complex programs; 5 years supervising government financial support programs
- Skills: Program management; leadership; financial operations oversight; client engagement
Required DoD / DHS Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
- Office Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
- Scheduling/Tracking Systems: Project management and task tracking tools
- Security/Information Handling: DHS suitability, CUI handling, DHS Policy 4300A compliance
