Position Overview

We're hiring a Senior BCBA Recruiter to lead and scale our ABA hiring function. You'll manage a small team, own the full-cycle recruitment of BCBAs/RBTs across multiple states, and partner with clinical leadership to meet aggressive coverage goals while maintaining compliance and an exceptional candidate experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven team lead/supervisor who can set targets, coach, and hold others accountable

  • Deep familiarity with ABA/behavioral health recruiting and multi-state compliance

  • Data-driven, fast-paced, and resourceful with excellent stakeholder management

  • Strong sourcer who thrives on building relationships and pipelines proactively

  • Prior ABA clinic or healthcare staffing exposure highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & develop a team of recruiters/coordinators; set weekly goals and KPIs (time-to-fill, offer-accept, pipeline health).

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for BCBAs and RBTs: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and handoff to onboarding.

  • Partner with clinical ops to anticipate staffing needs, align priorities, and ensure case coverage.

  • Scale pipelines via job boards, social, Boolean sourcing, referrals, campus and association partnerships.

  • Uplevel process & tools: optimize ATS workflows, dashboards, reporting, and candidate experience.

  • Compliance: oversee licensure, credentialing, background checks, and multi-state regulatory requirements.

  • Reporting: deliver weekly hiring dashboards and insights to leadership; course-correct quickly as needed.

  • Onboarding coordination with HR/credentials to ensure fast, accurate starts.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with 1–+ years leading/supervising recruiters or coordinators.

  • Healthcare/ABA/behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred.

  • Working knowledge of BCBA/RBT credentialing & state licensure processes.

  • Track record of high-volume, multi-state recruiting and passive-candidate sourcing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Organized, metrics-oriented, and calm under pressure.
