The Front Office Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth front office operations within a large team setting. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position requires a friendly, organized individual capable of multitasking under flexible hours with occasional overtime. The role may also involve occasional travel for training or events.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and staff
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date visitor logs
- Maintain office supplies inventory and replenish as needed
- Offer clear information and directions to visitors
- Ensure compliance with security protocols at the front desk
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in customer service best practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in reception management within a large team
