Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time/Part-time | Remote
Location: South Carolina (Remote - Must Reside in South Carolina)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive annual pay
Billable Hours: 120/month
What You'll Do:
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians
• Conduct assessments and interpret clinical data to guide treatment
• Modify environments and techniques to reduce challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with families to ensure understanding and engagement in treatment
• Monitor client progress and advocate for their needs
• Ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Hands-on experience with ABA therapy for children with ASD
• Strong clinical skills and professional judgment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred but not required)
