We are looking for a Sr. Compliance Analyst to support regulatory filings, licensing, and compliance operations across APCO’s product portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the organization meets regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including product filings, licenses, registrations, and renewals
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure approvals and maintain compliance
  • Track and manage corporate licenses, certificates of authority, and filing requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to leadership
  • Develop and maintain expertise in APCO’s products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met across business units

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, insurance, financial services, or a related field
  • Experience preparing or supporting regulatory filings and licensing processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with service contracts, automotive F&I products, or insurance-related compliance
  • Experience with state filings, Secretary of State requirements, or licensing processes
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree
