Procurement Analyst – Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a PROCUREMENT ANALYST LOCATED IN MIAMI FLORIDA. WE ARE LOOKING FORMA CANDIDATE THAT IS ALREADY LOCATED IN MIAMI FLORIDA (RELOCATION IS NOT OFFERED).
The Procurement Analyst will support both the operational and analytical aspects of procurement, including purchase order management, inventory support, order tracking, supplier coordination, and spend analysis.
This role will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement process.
Responsibilities
Analyze purchasing and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and supplier performance metrics
Support vendor negotiations, bid analysis, and contract evaluations
Process and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
Provide inventory support, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment needs
Perform order tracking to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delays
Conduct follow-up with suppliers regarding order status, discrepancies, and issue resolution
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to forecast purchasing needs
Monitor market trends, material pricing, and supplier conditions
Maintain procurement records, documentation, and reporting accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, service levels, and procurement efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain analysis
Experience handling purchase orders and procurement processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting contract review, vendor negotiations, and supplier evaluations
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Spanish required
