Job DescriptionSenior Tax Accountant
We are a rapidly growing consulting and CPA firm with an immediate opportunity available for a Sr. Tax Accountant. We provide a rewarding work environment and understand employee's needs for balance of personal and professional life. The successful candidate will join our team in providing pro-active accounting and tax services and implementing profit improvement and risk reduction strategies for privately owned enterprises.
Qualifications
- Performing business tax assignments under the direction of a Partner and/or Director including preparation of complex business tax returns
- Suggest client tax planning ideas to Partner and/or Director, and assist Partner/Director in tax planning and research
- Developing and supervising entry level staff
- Highly developed analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field
- Knowledge of Quickbook, CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Axcess Tax software
- CPA or CPA candidate a plus
