Adecco is currently assisting a leading Cincinnati institution in their search for a Business Administrator in the Cincinnati area
Location: 6280 Center Hill Avenue
Schedule: M-F 7:30am – 4pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Length of Assignment: long term contract; no end date
Minimum Qualifications Needed to Apply:
· Must have at least 2-3 years of previous R&D Skills and Knowledge
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
· Customer service skills.
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Confidentiality

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, including employee records, financial data, and legal matters.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential documents and data.
Administrative Support not limited to, but including:
-
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Manage calendars and staff scheduling
-
Maintain organized filing systems and records.
-
Manage inventory including ordering and delivery of items

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
