Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Interest in a blend of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical procedures
  • Strong clinical and communication abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $325,000 - $350,000 (This range reflects total compensation, excluding bonuses and incentives)
  • The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift compensation, and other cash benefits applicable to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
  • Signing Bonus: $25,000
  • Incentives: Productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift compensation
  • Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance; Paid malpractice coverage with post-employment tail coverage
  • CME time & an annual expense allowance of $4,500
  • Paid Time Off: Generous time away from practice
