Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Were seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join a munity health center team serving patients across Washington and Yamhill counties. This role offers variety, impact, and the opportunity to float across multiple clinic sites with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:

MondayFriday, no weekends

Typical shifts: 7 AM4 PM, 8 AM5 PM, 9 AM6 PM, or 10 AM7 PM

Requirements:

Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or willingness to obtain)

PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, good standing

Open to new graduates and experienced pharmacists
