Job Title: Project/Program Manager

ROLE SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
This role requires a strong background IT and/or Logistics management with experience managing distributed teams. This role requires a proactive team leadership experience, customer service experience, and a technical aptitude for both logistics and operations surrounding technical field service as well as experience developing and strengthening customer relationships while making continuous improvements across a geographically distributed team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Oversee daily program operations for multiple projects/programs ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to end customers.
- Provide exceptional customer support: Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with customers by anticipating needs and promoting continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate effectively with Form 10 and customers. Must be comfortable presenting to customers and developing written processes and procedures.
- Leverage ServiceNow: Track, manage, analyze and solve field service-related service requests for assigned projects; use data to improve customer service.
- Continuous improvement: Discover opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency. Demonstrate problem-solving.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, preferred.
- ITIL, CAPM, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Operations management in a warehouse environment, or a related field, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum five years of proven experience in team leadership in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency or familiarity with logistics and operations management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Salesforce, etc.) or related technologies.
- Previous experience managing a shipping/receiving/distribution center.
- Previous experience in leading a fleet of drivers responsible for timely distribution of some product or service.
- US Citizenship: Required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to receive and interpret complex directions.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package and similar applications.
- Excellent communication and language skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results per project plan timelines and deliverables.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and establish a positive rapport, internally and externally.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 50% travel to nationwide customer sites as needed to build strong customer relationships.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- A valid and unrestricted driver's license, at time of employment, is required.
- ITIL, CAPM, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., bending, kneeling occasionally.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- When not traveling for business, this position will be based 100% onsite at our Tampa office.
