About Our Organization
Our office, like every location supported by our organization, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Both new graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care for overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical requirements as specified by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor/organization, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of Florida and Tennessee.
