About Us:
Reale Construction RX is a growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with professionalism and efficiency. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Office Clerk to support our day-to-day office operations and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, billing, and collections
- Prepare and send client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks
- Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general office duties
- Coordinate with project managers regarding job billing and contracts
- File, scan, and organize office documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or office administration (construction industry preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- In-office only (no remote work)
