Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Starting Rate: Starting at $68.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to support healthcare-focused initiatives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align project goals with organizational priorities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and status reports
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between departments to support workflow efficiency and successful project execution
- Track milestones, performance metrics, and outcomes to ensure project success
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a structured environment
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
