As a Full-Time Insurance Sales Producer, you will work closely with individuals, families, and small businesses to guide them through informed insurance decisions with confidence. Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed new business production and sales targets
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and trusted insurance guidance
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and strategic prospecting efforts
- Drive agency growth by effectively leveraging phone, email, and agency-provided leads and prospect lists
- Manage daily appointments, calls, and correspondence while working both independently and collaboratively within the agency team
Requirements
Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required
General Lines Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain with agency support
Coachable, self-driven, and committed to continuous growth and professional development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach
Organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused problem solver with prior sales and/or customer service experience
