 Expanding disaster Restoration Company is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire. We are seeking to fill positions at our Wheeling, WV Office. Duties include: 
<ul>
<li>Inspecting the property damage (onsite). Damages include: fire, water, wind and hail claims and any other construction related damage.</li>
<li>Prepare an estimate for the job.</li>
<li>Negotiate with the insurance company.</li>
<li>Sell the job to the property owner.</li>
<li>Estimating and selling reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>The individual should have experience in estimating all types of jobs and has used the industry estimating software.</li>
<li>Experience in the restoration industry a plus.</li>
<li>Must have ability to use computer estimating software and computer skills and construction knowledge is a must.</li>
<li>Experience in the industry is a plus.</li>
