Internal Medicine Private Practice

Are you a highly organized professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment? Our established Internal Medicine solo practice is seeking a versatile individual to join our team and assist with both clinical and administrative operations.

We are looking for a "multitasker-extraordinaire" who is eager to learn and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

The Schedule

  • Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM (some flexibility available).
  • Work-Life Balance: No nights, no weekends, and no holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk: Managing the schedule, greeting patients, and answering phones with professional etiquette.
  • Billing Support: Posting charges and managing basic office workflows.
  • Clinical Support: Assisting with basic clinical tasks, such as taking patient vital signs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience with vitals and medical scheduling/billing is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and a polite, professional phone manner are essential.
  • Attributes: Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various aspects of a medical office with ease.
