You will be responsible for maintaining professional accountability for the care of your assigned patients. Collaboration with various departments is essential to coordinate patient care effectively. Position Overview:
Education: Completion of a state-approved professional nursing program.
Licensure: Active RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the relevant state or a current temporary work permit for that state.
Certification/Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Other Skills: Familiarity with unit-specific equipment.
Preferred Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, with at least six months of this experience occurring within the past year.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking are required throughout each shift.
• Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job duties.
