We're looking for HVAC Maintenance Technicians with either HVAC schooling, trade school education, or hands-on experience who want to continue developing their skills and build a long-term career in the trade.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HVAC career who is eager to learn diagnostics, maintenance, customer service, and eventually grow into a higher-level Service Technician role.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential repair or safety concerns
- Learn troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures alongside experienced technicians
- Clean and maintain HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Communicate findings and recommendations professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures
What We're Looking For
- HVAC schooling, trade school education, OR hands-on HVAC experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry
