Digital Marketing Project Manager
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee the operational flow of a fast-paced creative and marketing team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects move efficiently across multiple functions, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear across all workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and has experience supporting creative and digital marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project workflow across PR, social media, graphic design, and paid media
Build and maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and task structures
Coordinate and track deliverables across internal team members and external partners
Clearly brief creative and marketing team members on project requirements and timelines
Lead recurring check-ins and maintain strong communication across teams
Identify capacity issues, bottlenecks, and deadline risks before they impact project delivery
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
Provide updates and reporting on project health, campaign progress, and workflow status
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related role
Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CPC campaign management
Proven experience managing creative teams or creative workflows
Proficiency with Asana or a similar project management platform
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
